1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the order is confirmed and processed by us or our manufacturing partner.

  • If you have made a duplicate order by mistake, please contact our Customer Support within 1 hour of placing the order. We may try to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

 

2. Returns

 

  • We do not accept returns for any products, including change of mind, size preference, or style preference.

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective product, or if the wrong product is delivered.

 

3. Damaged / Defective Items

 

If the product you receive is:

 

  • Damaged during shipping, OR

  • Has a manufacturing defect, OR

  • Is not the product you ordered,

then you may report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support.

To be eligible for a replacement/refund:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective product

  2. Send the photo and your order details to our support email or Instagram

  3. Our team will evaluate the case and respond within 48 hours

 

If the claim is approved, we will provide:

 

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund of the order amount (excluding shipping charges)

    Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after approval.
